- I am willing to help you learn FTP, PHP or HTML if necessary.
- If this is to be a graphics site, please use photobucket for all images that will be hotlinked, if you are using too much bandwith, I will get very sad.
- I have the right to delete you subdomain if I find that you are not following the rules laid out.
- If you follow the golden rule (or karma or anything that says you will get what you deserve), this’ll work out great
- I have used almost every free program available- I know quality. If you use MS Paint, that’s fine, just be good at it.
